Here’s Your Quick Reference Guide for HOUSE RULES and GUEST INFORMATION!
- KEYS: You will receive a message from the host for the front door . There is a backup lockbox on the rail. If you use it replace the key in lockbox. THIS IS YOUR BACKUP! Unit & garage access keys are hanging in the pantry for you & guests. Please return ALL KEYS to the pantry upon departure. I charge for lost keys!
- INTERNET & WIFI: There are 2 total networks named: 3030wyandot.com and 3030wyandot.com 5G. The passwords will be located on the refrigerator.
- GARAGE PARKING: There is 1 garage space available. Look for the “Unit #2” sign to park your vehicle. Remember to close ALL doors. The garage door doesn’t close automatically! The garage opener is on the kitchen countertop and the garage access key is the Blue Lighting key. Unit Key is Denver Broncos. Vehicle access form alley.
- STREET PARKING: This is available on both sides of the street 24 hours a day. Follow signs for summer street sweeping restrictions. City of Denver will ticket, but not during the months NOV to APRIL.
- NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES or EVENTS: These were included as part of the house rules you agreed to AirBNB. Please adhere to these rules and honor this epic urban location by being respectful to it and the neighbors.
- HARDWOOD FLOORS: Be mindful of the floors and whenever possible please keep snow and water off them as much as possible. DO NOT DRAG LUGGAGE UP AND DOWN STAIRS! This is something I mention because of past damage to the stairs and hardwood floors.
- TRASH: Trash cans and recycle are located in the garage. Designated cans are marked “Unit 2”. You can access the garage w/ the designated key. Extra bags are in the bottom drawer right of the stove.
- LINENS/TOWELS: Please do not use the linens or towels that will cause them to be damaged. Please use the make-up remover wipes or the designated towels for make ups.
- DAMAGES: In the event that something was broken accidentally, guest is responsible to report it immediately and shall be held liable for any damages if guest is proven responsible for it
- SAFETY: There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink and in the upstairs hallway mechanical closet. There are carbon monoxide detectors/fire alarms throughout the unit.
- FUN: There is so much to do in the LoHi Urban District! Pick any direction and walk. You’ll run into something!
- LATE HOURS: We do ask that you RESPECT LATE HOURS (after 10p) as the walls are not immune to heavy bass and music. We care about our neighbors because the City of Denver only allows Air BnB Rental if it’s your primary residence. So I live here when the unit is not rented.
- FINE: Be advised we have a minimum fine of $50 if the neighbors text me to complain more than once. We give these instructions to all renters.
