✓ LINENS: Place all dirty linen on the floor so the laundry services can bag them.
✓ LOAD DISHWASHER & RUN IT: We really appreciate this! It helps the cleaners out a ton. Plus it cuts down turn times for back-to-back bookings!
✓ TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS/FANS: Please be sure to turn off all lights, fans and close the window coverings prior to leaving to save energy.
✓ SET HEAT/AC: Please set HEAT to 62 or AC to 78 prior to vacating.
✓ RETURN KEYS & GARAGE OPENER: Hang all keys in the pantry. Be sure the garage door opener are back in the kitchen counter top.
✓ LOCK-UP: After making a final walk-thru for your personal belongings, lockup the rear patio and front door. If you have removed the backup key, place it in the lockbox.
